Being a healthy lifestyle lover, I find myself looking for products support that lifestyle. I really like the Like-it-Lean product range. A little while ago they launched boil in the bag instant meals, in a wide variety of flavours and products, today I will be reviewing the Macaroni and Cheese. The packaging is fantastic, again these companies know how to catch a consumer's eye, bright green with a nice picture of the product on the front, what I liked about this packaging is the general design makes it compact enough to put into a small cooler bag or even a lunch box. The appearence is good, light yellow noodles, with a creamy not lumpy sauce.The taste, is not to bad, I would say the taste is average, it's not somthing to write home about, and you will definately need to add a little salt or pepper, it is however nice and creamy, cooking is very simple, just boil in a bag or cook in the microwave. The price is slightly cheaper than regular instant meals, but I still feel that the pricing is average as the product is smaller than most other instant meals. On the whole, I would say this a great product if you're on the go and need to just grab something out of the fridge, heat and eat.
